The 2025 vintage is being stored in the underground cellar

In the cellars, our workers have begun the process of moving the 2025 vintage into our underground cellar. After spending the first few months in our first-year cellar, all the barrels of the vintage are now being transferred to our second cellar, where our wines will complete their agein process. This final stage will allow them to perfect their balance between power and finesse.
Our team begins by replacing the glass bungs with silicone ones on each barrel, making them completely airtight for transport. The workers then move and reinstall all the barrels in the second-year cellar, where they will remain for several more months, until the vintage is bottled the following summer.
Since the ageing process of our wines lasts nearly two years, transferring the vintage to the second cellar frees up space in the first-year cellar, which will house the 2026 vintage a few months after the harvest. Our workers will then be able to begin installing the new barrels in this cellar there, ensuring everything is ready to receive the next vintage.
